With songs like "chocolate" and "settle down", The 1975 brings a new sound to indie music. Their music has more of a modern techno/80's feel. Even tho they dress like a punk rock band, but don't let that scare you away. It may just be the lead singers haircut. Some of you may find that their music is strange in a bad way, but i believe it is very unique.
Singer Matthew Healy, has such an eccentric voice that makes the music pop out. By that i mean that it stands out even if you can't see it, and you can't help but listen to every single one of their songs. Since they been present since 2002 they have a lot of songs, and you have a lot of catching up to do.But you can never have too many songs to listen to, music is life, so you have forever. Especially if your a music lover, like me.
